as a bonoh let me tell you this:
they have not confirmed anything. there arent really rumors too, but all bonoh basically believe they are dating in secret.
there was this case that happened some time ago, where noeuls manager said that they are a couple, BUT
that was confirmed to be a joke later. I think he said that because there were dating rumors with noeul and someone else.
sadly there are still ppl out there saying they confirmed dating because of that.
anyways....
there is this saying in the fandom 'privat but never secret', because they both say they love eo and
that they are partners that are more than friends but also dont label their relationship.
but they never said that they are dating.
