PIXY (픽시) is a group with a signature dark and powerful sound, rooted in their dark fairytale-inspired lore. The group's origin story tells of six fairies who lost their wings, and this fantasy imagery is woven through their videos and music. PIXY emphasizes strong performances with intricate and difficult choreography, as well as a blend of soaring vocals and powerful raps.

The group currently has five members: Lola, Dia, Sua, Daejeong and Rinji.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic also had impact on their debut timing. However, the group debuted with six members, including several who had been in other girl groups, including the former leader of Cherry Bullet.

The group released 2 EPs before one of the members, the main vocalist Ella went on hiatus for medical reasons. PIXY debuted its third EP, recorded and promoting without Ella in June 2022. In August, it was announced Ella and lead rapper Satbyeol would also be leaving the group. The group added a new member, Rinji, in October 2022 and released their fourth EP in March 2023.
