but actual insomnia, you always play games with me

my question is.......if you wake up during the night like I do, when does it usually happen? for some reason, it's usually at 2 and 4 am for me..

similar to you at like 2 - 4 am. It depends tho. Some days it really bad and I won't feel any tiredness even before midnight. Other days I will just crash on my sofa and fall asleep till like 3 am and be wide awake.

Mostly happens to me at 1 or 2 am, then I can't fall asleep again.
And like you, my nightmares are terrible.
