I don't know how to battle this procrastination. Today i wanted to do so many things. Clean and arrange my pc collection, make my new trading thread, exercise Etc. But i just lazed around and made myself food...

And here i am at 2 am, and i gotta wake in 4 hours

I don’t know many good tips myself tbh. You could try making a to do list possibly, that can give a sense of satisfaction for some to see it getting completed and motivate them to do more. That’s one method I know that’s worth a shot if you haven’t tried it already. There’s more but my brains blanking on them rn. But there are methods out there, some might work for you, but some won’t, everyone’s just different.

For yesterday no , for today yes. I cleaned our office space. It doesnt really seem different but there is less dust so i take it as a win.
