So yesterday I did a thingie where I gave ya'll like the descriptions of my stories well today!
I'm going to give you guys the descriptions from the actual stories!
The city was plagued with fear as yet another young teenager was dragged into the woods to never be seen again. The govenor of this small little town had no choice but to finally take action, a yearly sacrifice. The plan seemed crazy at first, sacrificing a young maiden once a year. Ripping her away from her family and friends just to be thrown into the menacing woods, where she would become a feast for a pack of wild beasts. The plan seemed to work after the first girl was led to her doom, so it became tradition.
A random girl would get chosen between the ages of 16 and 18 and disappear never to be seen again, and I will soon be next.

Bloodied fingers danced across my cheek in a haunting manner, touching the smooth and warm skin that was so damn addictive, letting streaks of crimson taint the pale skin, dark shimmering eyes welling with hopeless tears that continually fell helplessly trying to wash away the innocent blood that coated my body. The knife rolled off my fingers, the shrill shriek of metal colliding with hardwood floors drilled across the large mansion, echoing over and over again as if to remind me of what I had done. My heart shuddered with dread, guilt so heavy I felt my body sag, bare feet dragging along the surface slowly, climbing over the lifeless body of my lover. I had done it again-I had killed again, my body shuddered, shaking as tears flowed endlessly. Hearing the same words repeat over and over again in my head as if they were said only days ago with the same vigor and hatred, venom sizzling behind every word.
“I dare you to love.”
“I dare you to love.”
I was normal, we were normal. I woke up every day, kissed my mother goodbye, wished my dad a good day at work, and was off. Homework, dinner, and friends. It was simple, a familial bond that seemed right and perfect. Till my father’s business began to take a turn for the worst-late nights filled with anxiety that never ended, blood stained nightmares left behind traces of terrors that crept into my everyday life. Then it was suddenly better, we were getting money again, our life was perfect till I looked closer. Sudden fights that they tried to silence, late night calls that led to sleepless nights, crazy work hours, and soon my family was slowly but surely falling apart. And then a simple click of the trigger, a threat so unbearably heavy, and a deal that changed my life.
A surprising twist
A surprising twist
A lust so strong
A bond thicker than blood
I swore my loyalty to a different ruler long ago.
I swore that I would protect my province till the day I died and serve my King and his lineage no matter the cost to myself. I failed.
But I would not fail again. I would not stop fighting until I saw the emperor's lifeless dead eyes staring out at me, till the blood that once ran through his veins was slicking down my dagger.
And I will live to see the empire fall.

Kyungsoo shifted in his sleep. Something was off. He wasn't sure what, but it was definitely off. His usually calm and peaceful rest was rather fitful and ironically enough, tiresome. He shifted once more.
Then he heard it, a soft and capricious giggle disturbed the dark. He rolled over, facing away from his partner. A boy stood in their room, an actual child. His face was hidden in shadow, moonlight highlighted features here and there but Kyungsoo could still not make out what he was exactly looking at, but it was a boy, a child. The boy giggled again and it set something in him on edge.
Kyungsoo had no clue how he got into their apartment, as far as he was concerned they had locked every door and window that night; and yet here stood a strange little boy he had never seen before. The boy blinked his seemingly colorless eyes, his lashes catching the luminescent moonlight.
"How did you get in here?" Kyungsoo's voice was slogged and heavy with sleep. The boy blinked cluelessly again.
"I'm lost," the boy's high pitched voice was startling against the steep quiet.
"I don't know where my parents are," he added on as an afterthought. Kyungsoo blinked blearily and found himself startled by the urge that overtook him. He had to help this mysterious child. It was a top priority. He no longer cared how he got into his home, he just needed to help the lost boy.
He sat up slowly grasping for his phone, the screen flashed a bright 1:03 AM at him. He was a bit taken aback at the late time, as far as he was concerned no child should ever be up past 8 PM, let alone past midnight. He pocketed the slim phone and turned around, he pressed his lips to Jongin's warm cheek; a sweet and simple goodbye. His partner barely budged, he was a heavy sleeper and would have no clue Kyungsoo was gone till the next day.
Kyungsoo got to his feet, took the boys hand and walked out the front door. He had nothing more than his wallet, phone, and the pajamas on his back as well as the shoes on his feet.
He had to help the lost boy find his parents.
