One of my YouTube vloggers has been hacked! (1 Viewer)

I was just looking at my subs feed on YouTube, and somebody called Ripple Foundation has hacked one of the vlog channels I follow! Luckily for me, it's not one I watch anymore, so I unsubscribed... but that poor family - all their content has been replaced by these bitcoin campaigns or whatever! I can only imagine if it had happened to one I do watch. Has this happened to any of your favorite channels?

idk who they are but that's disappointing
i used to watch this one family vlog channel and their og channel got deleted so they had to make a new channel to re-upload their old content and that's their main vlog channel
