Ok so today I was talking to my friend about boys planet and she was saying how she works hard to make sure that she gets her fav boys to debut because they are lower than a lot of the other members and then she told me that she logs into a couple of different accounts to vote her favs do you think that's fine if she does that?

Depends. A few people doing this with a few accounts is usually fine. The problem is that it opens up to large scale bot accounts skewing the vote numbers.

But, most people will do this for their faves, so I guess it evens out in the end.

The most important part is she's excited about the show!

Fanbases already do that for regular awards voting they'll make multiple accounts under all their emails to vote for them everyday so it's unfortunately pretty normalized. The only times that it usually gets called out is if they use automated systems to create emails and vote that way，a lot of fandoms look down on bot voting

It’s pretty normalized all things considered sadly. As other people said, as long as it’s not bots, most people consider it fair game to do that. I don’t have an opinion on it one way or the other as long as doing so doesn’t explicitly break the contest rules.
