From a glass half full kind of view it does give people a chance to get to know a few members at a time, since it's a rather large group.NGL, I do not understand splitting the group into two just to release literally the exact same song.![]()
I agree, I do like the song! I just wish there was something a bit more to differentiate it from Side A. Like the way they had the girls sing both sides, Side A doesn't sound that different from Side B.From a glass half full kind of view it does give people a chance to get to know a few members at a time, since it's a rather large group.
On the other hand the glass half empty side of me is thinking it's a play to extend the promotional period. It's more publicity while extending the hype period for almost no extra work.
It's shaping up to me a somewhat rocky start, but at least the song is good. Not everyone agrees but I like it. They could have promoted a B-side/pre-release with Side B though. It makes me wonder how much independance INNIT has, I don't have much experience with sub-labels but it could be simple inexperience.

I was lowkey expecting something like when Nmixx split O.O into the Baila and Superhero version.I agree, I do like the song! I just wish there was something a bit more to differentiate it from Side A. Like the way they had the girls sing both sides, Side A doesn't sound that different from Side B.
Right? Or at least a combination of songs, like Baila + Superhero = O.O or Clue + Note = Sherlock. Especially since Hungry is so short. So this is Side B?
And Side A performed it before?
I thought it would be different songs for each subunit but ig not!
Yeah, it just doesn't seem like a very effective strategy to meRight? Or at least a combination of songs, like Baila + Superhero = O.O or Clue + Note = Sherlock. Especially since Hungry is so short.
I'm not mad about it, but I'm very confused by JYPE's marketing strategy this time.
