I think Remington is less depressed and more comfortable in his body now, and he doesn't get into constant physical fights with his brother Sebastian anymore like he used to. He sings his emotion and thoughts and feelings, and how he talks here, shows how he is trying to comprehend his present moment. It is a media piece that simply showcases his stilted speaking in that point in time, and the comments that say it is AI slop are just mean tbh, although ironic, because his character in this video sees this, and it feeds into his depression.
