Thank goodness they have finally been charged. These scumbags deserve to rot in prison for the rest of their lives, especially the father for already being a child abuser. The father already severely beat his own daughter at ten weeks old and she cannot speak, walk, or see. She also uses a trach and has 3% of brain function. She is now being taken care of by the cousin of her mother, along with her younger brother, and is seven years old now.

As for baby Emmanuel, he has been "missing" since the beginning August and his POS parents fabricated a story saying that he was "kidnapped", when he actually wasn't. He was only 7 months old and had special needs
