when TWICE has multiple comebacks a year, people will say TWICE is overworked and call JYP a creep.

when BlackPink has 1 comeback a year, people will wish YGE to be burned down the ground.

Twice was being overworked and Blackpink is being underworked which the middle to that would be Gfriend and Red Velvet who have 2-3 comebacks a year but not continuous years.

There's a middle ground like 2 or 3 comebacks a year
There was a year where TWICE had a comeback for almost every month
Also, people are mad with how YG treats BP.
He promised and confirmed Rosé's solo a year ago. Still nothing.
He confirmed Yedam's solo a week ago, teasers were posted today.
YG treats BP unfairly, that's why people wanna burn YG down

Balance is key
Twice has about 2 or 3 Kor comebacks a year but stretches out to about 6 or 7 when you add in Japanese releases.
And factoring touring, yeah. Jeongyeon once burst into tears about how tired she was, the girls get injured a bit and it's weighed on a few mentally.

Blackpink releases one Korean album and then the same thing in Japanese. And the touring. The Pinks have frequently apologized to blinks for not being able to give us more or shading YGE for not giving them material. Rosie's insta shade and the fact that she was forced to clarify it and continue to lie about her solo says a lot about how much freedom they have and how happy they are in their current situation

Blinks would probably feel blessed by even Mamamoos schedule and Mamamoo have 2 years with only 1 comeback in them but 2 for most other years except for the one with 3 comebacks.

Yeah I would agree with others who say that there's a middle ground. If Blackpink weren't a younger gg it would be understandable to have fewer comebacks or if they released full albums but even when having a comeback there's not a whole lot given content wise.

I think the schedule was fine until after Ddu-du Ddu-du as that was when YG should have really done something with Blackpink to build off of it but all they did was Solo and didn't release until nearly another year later with Kill This Love and in the middle of YGs mess at that and this hiatus is just ridiculous.
