@Carat idk about y'all, but the stage name Pi Cheolin is actually even cooler than the stage name Dino! tbh Dino has always made me think of the pet dinosaur on the Flintstones.

hmmm i'm gonna have to disagree, cause pi cheolin technically isn't a stage name. it's a character. from a 2021 svt vcr - this annoying middle-aged man who pokes his nose into everyone's business (hence his name - very similar to how the word "featuring" would be pronounced in korean, as he "features" in everyone's business!).

everything related to the pi cheolin character, from the way he talks, to being the ceo of the bomg record label (an obvious spoof of jay park's aomg) to his music (as in, dino's solo releases as pi cheolin, which are in genres like city pop and trot), boil down to the fact that pi cheolin is an annoying middle-aged man.

dino plays that bit very well, and so he plays that part up in some content, shows, and most recently, his music. but that's not who he is. he is a 27-year-old idol and a member of seventeen. and that's his main job. pi cheolin is a bit on the side.
