My sister threw em in the bin and when i asked why. she said 'i thought they were rubbish, soz'. THE NERVE.

And to make matters worse, my mum threw out all my merch - my hoodies and everything.

Imma go cry in a corner forever more now guys.

yeah everyone ik and are surrounded by - bar 5-6 peeps - alll either dislike it or hate it and don't wanna see, hear or think of it.

im kinda used to it

but her doing that is partly cause i used to write fanfics and she found it really weird and had a go at me for it

i dont blame her for shouting at me, but making ME - MYSELF - rip up my posters was literally the saddest thing ever

she's more leniant now tho - i showed her my phone background of SUPERM and she didn't say or do anything, just said 'i thought it said something else' and laughed. She also doesn't seem to care that i have Mark's photcard in my phone case. So all is well now i think.

Her parenting skills are horrible, making your kid suffer is never okay.
But I'm glad you could let it go and that she doesn't do it anymore. It already passed and we can't change it, the important is that she respect your limits now
Also you grew up, if they try to destroy your things now you should say it is disrespectful and you don't allow

I’m lucky at lease my mom and brother show an interest and try to understand even though they’re not really into kpop. My dad on the other hand is completely racist and is also somehow convinced that every male idol is gay. He also says how kpop is a waste of money and I need to find a better hobby than that

My mum and sister have never cared about it, but they get me albums for Christmas and birthdays (I order them and they give me the money)
My coursemates at uni teased me for liking Kpop, but it was never malicious or cross a line.

Personally I think fanfictions are nice as long as they aren’t hurting anyone. It’s a way to practice writing skills, thats one way to look at it.

My mom and I used to clash because we were so similar but things have worked themselves out and now I look up to her.

My dad’s opinions are more than questionable The closest thing he has said that’s positive is that my girl group posters are pretty.

I don't know how they feel about kpop, and it doesn't really matter. I remember years ago my dad made a comment about their groups having a lot of members. One of my siblings said they might check it out, and he said "don't bother, it's not worth it." Not sure why he was checking it out anyway.
