The screen protector on my phone got messed up and it's replaceable up to 5 times a year for free so I went in to T-Mobil to get it replaced. The guy who put the new one on looked like he had just worked on his car motor. He did a terrible job putting the screen , it has a ton of bubbles AND his hands were disgusting. The entire time all I could see was his hands and imagining how much I'm going to have to disinfect the hell out of my phone.
