It's a small and obscure genre, but I love it.
I grew up in the pop-punk scene, Simple Plan and Bowling For Soup were two of the first bands I saw live.
How many of you knew that they were behind these cartoon themes?

My own father still occasionally breaks into "What's New, Scooby Doo?" after all these years.

I was never huge into Scooby Doo, but at the time I was an obsessed Simple Plan fan, so I was anticipating from the first time they let everyone know the episode would be a thing. It's still one of my favourite things ever.

As a side note that I didn't include in the first post, both Simple Plan and Bowling For Soup actually perform these songs live on tour. Which means that I've been absolutely wasted, in the middle of the summer at Warped Tour, as BFS played this song. It was glorious.

Duuuuuuuuude! This wasn't exactly a pop punk band, and it wasn't a show but a movie, but the Powerpuff Girls movie had a girl group called No Secrets doing the theme: That's What Girls Do! Man, I was OBSESSED with that song back in the day!

Sadly, No Secrets broke up in 2005, but yeah - that song was a BOP!
