Yeah it was. Truly a beautiful episode. I bawled my eyes out. I just finished the show and to be brutally honest, it did not live up to the hype but I did enjoy it especially the stories with Leon, the writer and his daughter and of course the one with the daughter and mother.

It really was tear-jerker at some points. I agree with the hype a bit, but overall pretty anime with touching moments ^^

Depends bit a what kind of fanfiction, some to me are quite good character studies that expand on characters (even if non-canon), but others, well

There is always just too much to watch, and with every season it seems there is more and more new series. Like it wasn't long ago there was just around 5-10 series in season, but now it's like 40. Not that everything is worth watching xd

I decided to Black Clover, and I have to say, I love it. Can't compare to the manga since I haven't read it, but it's very enjoyable. Wish I hadn't listened to the people back then who said it was trash and started it sooner.

It's generic Shounen with a good plot so definitely an instant classic like Naruto ^^
I think people were put off by the generic Shounen so they didn't notice the good plot. Also, weirdly, Asta gets more likable as the series progresses. Actually, all of Black Bulls do. Good character development for most of them ^^

Yeah, it's not reinventing the genre or anything but it's an easy watch. Like if I'm watching something more heavy in tone, this is nice to balance it out with. All the Black Bulls are likable; something I didn't expect. Yeah idk what happened with the voice acting in the beginning episodes. My throat hurt listening to him scream every 5 seconds.

Kanata no Astra turned out surprisingly good. Or the first extra-long premire ep did. No idea if it will stay good, last season kinda disappointed me with many i had too much faith in.. but still, looking forward to space survival.

Houseki no kuni manga is making me sad. Im both dreading and cant wait to continue it. God damn..

What is keeping KyoAni from making a 3rd season? I miss Haruhi so much. I just finished that Nagato spin-off and it was horrible

I finally finished Arpeggio of Blue Steel. I watched the TV series a long time ago and I just got to the sequel movies now. It was surprisingly great for what's supposed to be a waifu battleship anime lol

I'm gonna miss those colored ships

So I finally finished my exams and I am back with anime
first I watched the movie I saved idk when tbh

Sword of the stranger
it was actually a nice movie, I really enjoyed the fights and the dog was adorable
a lot of death suprised me tho and sometimes I had no idea what is going on (but its not the movie's fault I was really tired and half asleep at some parts...)

Okay I finished watching Radiant and I must say, it wasn't AS bad as everyone was saying it was. But it wasn't all that great either. I think the main problem with the show is the protagonist himself, Seth. The way they've written his character is just so bad. It's like they wanted to make him unlikable? Also, his "growth" is apparently not for viewers to see with their own eyes. It just randomly happens. Like, he just randomly acquired new spells. And the power creep is happening so early on in the show, which is never a good thing.

Actually, on the topic of characters, most of the characters on this show is badly written tbh. Grimm is cool, I like him. Dragunov is great too. These two characters have some depth to them, at least. Even the villain, Hameline had great depth to her. Konrad, the other villain was meh. Ugh I hate Doc is the most one dimensional character on the show and I really dislike him. Melie is salvageable.

Another thing I noticed is, from ep 1 to ep 21, we learned NOTHING about Nemesis. Like, they wasted so much time with certain episodes that it felt like fillers. They could've had two proper arcs in 21 episodes. One relating to the discrimination between humans and sorcerers and the other relating to the Nemesis themselves. The pacing sucks.

Negatives aside, I like the plot of the show and the art is pretty too.

I'd give it a 5.5/10 because it does getting interesting towards the end. But, you'd have to BEAR the beginning bullshit to get to the good part.
I don't know if I'll watch Season 2. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. I'm not anticipating it for now.
