i hate the stigma, i truly do, yet, more than that it's the assumption that all people who menstruate are women, and all people who don't are not women. that is not the case. my bestie taught me how to use a tampon and they're not a woman, they're non binary.

i mean, sometimes i wonder why we were taught only about sanitary napkins in school and not tampons. i mean, i understand how it can get awkward, but at least mention it as an alternative to pads!
