I hate the way the US has demonised african countries.. Painting them as 'the most unsafe places in the world' Every country in a sense is unsafe..

and the way people make them out to all be the poorest countries, when in reality there is metro's all throughout the continent
but the sad thing is, colonialism and slavery (specifically talking about when we took whole entire towns over seas) made the poverty even worse- and people only go there to "witness" the "poor" villages and not do anything about it

Foster care doesnt give you a new family. You're 14, youd most likely get put into a group home. Most foster parents dont want older kids. Not to mention they'd take your phone and shit. Plus the complete lack of freedom. You wear what they put you in. They buy shit for you, not to mention you only get 400 a year for clothes if youre lucky. They never go out of pocket for stuff.
