I lost all the healthy weight I gained but the doctor always says it's unexplained weight loss, and asks me if I have stress and depression
I eat well and exercise daily but I don't think I'm healthy because when I'm doing badly I end up losing it all again
my appetite is so linked to that sigh I have to get myself to eat sometimes x.x

this song reminds me of her summer party in January 2023, where I was amazed by the house, by everything
I can so vividly remember this playing and walking and getting past the people in the doorway, how hot it was, how much anxiety I felt, then comfortable when I saw them, I want to revisit that memory
how is it that it feels so nostalgic when it wasn't that long ago? to be happy and joyful but sad and melancholy at the same time

I guess they like labels that's why it came up in our conversation and it got everyone talking and discussing different things
some stuff I've not heard of or am not familiar with since I don't read much into it ?-? but it's interesting to hear everyone's perspective and views
