It sounds that she wasn’t so loyal. But think of it this way. Focus on the people you know likes/loves you and if they stop liking/loving you for someone else then they don’t want to understand you or like/love you anymore and then they don’t deserve your attention anymore Focus on what makes you happy

If you were being your genuine self it's not your fault, it doesn't matter if you could have done something different to change the outcome - you deserve somebody who cares about the real you, not someone you have to try to be. It of course doesn't mean you shouldn't work on yourself, but do it for yourself and not someone else - it's not worth it, trust me.

I know it sucks right now but the best thing you can do is stay true to yourself and good things will come, so keep your head up and don't let anyone else dictate how you feel.
