If you're gonna stop being my friend maybe don't announce it over text while it's damn near sleep hours and then try and spin some sweet little story about how you "want me to get better and hope i realize that doing this is not healthy in the slightest". If people would quit the performative care for my wellbeing whenever they feel like being a savior and reached out when I needed it I'd be happier
