LOL, EMP proof means Electromagnet pulse. It protects against solar flairs from the sun and EMP's from nuclear explosions.

LOL, that kind of proof would take way more effort I'm willing to put in. I did provide a link to the amazon description of the bags. I did test them to a certain extent to make sure they blocked electromagnetic waves. I lack a nuclear bomb for a true test. And if I had one I don't think my neighbors would like me very much if I set it off. Actually... they'd never know I set it off because they'd be vaporized...
