question about walmart albums (1 Viewer)

so i bought two golden albums from walmart and turns out they had the same two photocards in both of them.

now the question is...can i exchange one of the versions for a new one anyone with experience with this? help i want my jungkook pcs

Usually you can return albums only if you’ve not opened it

As lexus said, make sure to NOT open the album. Otherwise, you won't be able to return it. And always hold onto the receipts for future returns.

If you don't already know, photo cards are a gamble because there is a good chance you will get duplicates the more you purchase the same albums.

So, unfortunately, you won't be able to make a return and exchange this time because it was opened.

There are a few exceptions though:

• Electronics – Must be unopened for returns
• Computer software, movies, music – Due to piracy concerns, these items can only be returned unopened
• Special order items – Custom-ordered items cannot be returned
• Baby formula, diapers – Must be unopened
