- Even though I have 'British' in my title and I grew up in the South West of England. My family are actually Irish.
- Because of my Irish heritage I have a Irish accent. So I don't sound posh!
- After leaving school at 16 I joined the military and did 3 tours of Afghanistan. With my first tour starting not long after my 18th birthday.
- Currently I remain in the military in the reserves. But my full time employment now is in the fire service as a firefighter.
- I have 4 daughters (ages 9, 6, 3 and the youngest will be 1 in a few months)
- I am in a interracial marriage with my beautiful wife that I met in Japan.

Hmm, where do I start?

My real name is Lauren.
I was born in 1988 - I'm a Scorpio, and a Dragon (Chinese zodiac) so I'm kind of a pistol but most of the time I keep to myself.
My favorite color is purple and always has been, though I waver a lot towards a more celery/mint color (just happened to be the same as/similar to SHINee's official color haha).
I've got a Bachelor's Degree but I'm not currently working in the field I earned it.
I work for the government.
I'm the baby of the family.

I've been listening to Kpop since 2001, but I've had a long-running interest in South Korea as a country, the history, and the cultural influences since I was about seven.
I have a dog (her name is Alexandria and she's a German Shepherd x Siberian Husky cross) as well as three cats (don't laugh; Dixie, Taemin, and Onew).
I played Alto Saxophone during middle and high school, in both symphonic concert band and marching band.
Succulent plants make me happy - I talk to mine daily as if they were little humans.
My family is one of the influential founding ranching families of the area I live, and I'm the eigth generation to be born here.
Baked goods are my weakness.
I'm actually quite shy, despite being more open and friendly online most of the time.

I'm considered the handy person around the house - I've fixed two cars, caulked and placed baseboards in an entire home, fixed an A/C unit, installed a dryer vent, fixed multiple toilets (including replacing an entire interior unit and installing a new handle), installed a light in a bathroom, fixed a lawn mower, cleared out and edged an entire landscape area and re-planted it, removed shrubs, trimmed entire trees, and more. My current projects are building an entire desk and work center for my home office as well as a platform bed and raised platform for my bedroom, complete with an entertainment armoire and a bookcase headboard.​

• I dislike overly sugary stuff and rarely eat anything sweet

• I tried to get into visual kei before finding out about kpop, but it wasn't exactly succesful and i ended up just liking few jrock artist
• Gackt was first celebrity i got into and had crush on
• My first proper concert was Gackt's and I was 19 when i got to see him so i waited quite long for going to concert
• I have phobia over wasps and heights
• I'm impatient person and can't stand waiting around for sth.. i'd rather walk 20 min to city than wait couple minutes for bus
• 2PM's Hands up was my first kpop cd and when opening it i first though i was scammed and given just some kind of photobook since i had no idea kpop albums didn't have crystal cases
• High school years were probably best of my life this far (i usually hear people just hating their time in high school, but opposite for me)
• My favorite subject in high school was philosophy and least favorite physics

Okay I'll make these things as hella random as I can.

1. I've seen 27 KPop shows, including one in Singapore over the weekend.
2. My favourite genre of music is hard rock and metal.
3. I can cook any type of food, including Korean.

9. The first time I was in trouble with authorities was 6 years old- this boy transferred to my school from Korea and we got caught multiple times kissing and doing other things they didn't think we should be doing. Our parents got called in and we were both threatened with disciplinary action but that didn't stop us.
