1. The Cutie Mark Chronicles
- where the cutie mark crusaders ask the mane 6 got their cutie marks

2. Sonic Rainboom
- where twilight casts a spell on rarity so that she can have wings to be able to cheer on rainbow dash when she does a sonic rainboom.

3. Feeling Pinkie Keen
- where twilight goes through the whole ordeal of pinkie's pinkie sense.

I loved the whole season, I don't think I could choose any episodes over others until season 4 when things started to be more unsteady as far as storylines etc. They kinda got it back together for seasons 5-7 but then it became less cohesive again from there until the last season.
