Guys I graduate from K-12 school in May and I'm getting slammed.
I have 15 big events coming up in just the month of April, many I have to prepare for (but some are fun so that's good). This consists of prom, field trips, an orthodontist appointment, a bunch of college and senior stuff to complete and do, meetings, meetings and more meetings...oh, and did I say meetings? And more. I also have Culture Fest which is being a little iffy rn because they were like "Oh you can do that even if you or your teammates are Korean" when I initially asked but then they're like "We want you to have one" but there are only like 2 Koreans at my school and one of them is not interested and the other one is literally her brother (we're friends due to having classes together freshman year but I just never got a response when I contacted her and when the event coordinator did, she expressed that she was not interested).
So now I have to talk to local people who are Korean and I'm going to ask the owners of a local Korean restaurant if they would be interested or are available. But that also means that I have to email them and possible drive over there to meet with them after school sometime this week.
And on top of that, I have to start studying for my finals, my AP test and my standardized testing. My AP test is guaranteed to happen and it sucks that it's after senior's final days of classes but so are finals. We also have to take the WorkKeys graphic literacy assessment which doesn't sound too bad. The workplace math and document literacy was comically easy. And then I have finals which I can exempt from but I'm really pushing it with my absences/tardies (most of them are having to leave early due to appointments though). And my Excel certification test we've been preparing for recently but we'll be taking on May 7.
We still have tests too. And I have a lot of club meetings to go to. I made the mistake of joining like 8 clubs this year so I'm trying to make the most of out of each of them. Due to that and similar meeting frequencies and dates, I've been going to some clubs more than others, especially the ones that I've enjoyed the most.
On top of that, I also have to finish applications (that are not scholarships or admissions), find myself a roommate, apply for scholarships, go to Jiu-Jitsu practice, write out and send out my graduation invitations, and UGH
In my classes (for the rest of the year I think), we are...
Supply Chain - Required field trip tomorrow (literally if we don't go, we have to do an assignment on it) and certifying in Microsoft Excel (most of us have gotten it in PowerPoint and Word)
AP Spanish - Studying for AP Test, field trip and cooking/baking Spanish-speaking country food project
Choir - Preparing for Spring Concert (learned two new songs, reusing two others)
Algebra III - Two more units
Environmental Science - I don't even know
English IV - Argumentative Essay and then Senior Poems
Astronomy - Probably 2 more units before I graduate
