photoshop i'm guessing :/ this genre of japanese singers (utaite) don't really show their face a lot and sometimes won't even give out their age (even though you can just find it on google) and they never give out their real name, so when they do show their face (some do and are willing to do it without heavy editing) there's normally a lot of makeup/editing
