So I went to that dance studio tonight that I found not long ago.
It was sooo fucking FUN, I haven't sweat this much in a long time!
The teacher was so funny and sweet and while he was explaining well he
was also teaching us the history of hip-hop and its roots. It was so emerging
to learn about the culture while dancing. Everyone there was friendly, I really enjoyed
myself tonight. I was nervous at first because the last time I danced with a group was
a long time ago. It feels good to fight my anxiety and my introverted side, push myself
to get out there! I'm definitely going back and I'll try to show up as much as possible.
It's really just to say that it's never too late to get back into something you love.
It's never too late to fight your demons and work on your mental health.
