So I read this on the news today. The story goes, an 11 year old boy in the United States was selling lemonade at his lemonade stall in his summer vacation. A man gave him a 100 dollar bill, so the kid had to collect all his money to give the man his change.
Then the kid went to a gasstation to buy sweets or something for him. But then found out that the 100 dollar bill was fake
When the kid’s neighbour found out about this, she put up a fundraiser for him cuz she wanted to earn back the money that was stolen.
Over a hundred generous people donated something and almost 9.000 dollar is collected so far. Good for him
The situation hit the police emotionally and they are working hard to get the suspect. They have footage of the asshole in question. I hope they catch him.
I was so heartbroken when I read this. How can people be like this?!
