It's very disturbing how they bring up a serial killer for their silly videos completly disregarding how hurtful it may be to the families of the victims or even families that went through similar hard times.

this man was sick and disgusting, it's really disturbing how true crime has turned into this "fun" hobby/fandom thing when real people were killed and tortured

all those series about real murderers need to go the fuck away and never return. these monsters do not deserve to be immortalised through media portrayals idgaf how well made the series are. all the directors who do it - if you want a crime series so bad use your creativity and make up a fictional murder story and if you lack the imagination adapt some agatha christie novel or some shit instead of profiting off real people's suffering especially when their families are still alive. i'm usually the last to judge people's interests but i don't trust anyone who considers "true crime" a hobby - what's so interesting about the stories of real people who had their whole lives ahead of themselves become brutally murdered? why make a spectacle out of someone's suffering?
