Is it okay if there is a grey coloured background?

Is it okay if there is a grey coloured background?

Honestly it depends how much grey is there, if it's just a sliver in the corner then it's nothing to worry about but if more grey is visible then it would be preferable to at least have a blue/purple tint to it. Our guideline states no black and white photos specifically but we also want to avoid just low colour saturation in general, we want users to be able to decorate their profiles with bright and colourful badges!

Just for added context, these badges would be my personal gold standard. Full of colour, good crop, clear image, aesthetically pleasing!
