"I grab for the handle of the ax listening to the putrid squelch of slick flesh as I pull it free. The amount of black liquid that pours out right away is enough to make any regular person puke. Its hands try but fail to latch onto me and it collapses into the ground, I wait only a second before raising the ax and bringing it down, the impact of it hitting the spine sends jolts up my arms. The black liquid sprays out and splatters against my clothes, staining me. The creature gives a dying wail and I bring the ax back down upon its neck snapping through the bone the head sags and rolls away from its motionless body. Its gaze blank, body drowning in its own thick black blood. Satisfied with it no longer being a threat, I turn to check on Chorong."

“Seriously though, what is the deal with you and covering your face?” He questions with a flat expression, his eyes betraying his extreme curiosity. I shift uncomfortably under his gaze and look away, trying to shield myself from the memories of blood that flash past and the crippling loneliness that ensued after realizing that I’m an honest to god monster."

"To be honest, toilets were kind of scary. I mean the humans just hit a lever and the loud whooshing sound was enough to set my feathers on edge. Yes, that was the one thing tales about us go semi-right. We had wings, they just weren‘t tiny minuscule things that looked too small for our bodies. Ours were large enough to carry our weight, they were white and pure stretching out several feet. They were muscled and elegant. We were like geese but like, not geese."

“Junmyeon, take a chill pill,” Baekhyun’s sardonic voice cuts through the agonized sobs being pulled from the unrecognizable man. Junmyeon turned sharply to stare at his partner in crime, letting a twisted smile cross his lips.

He chuckled. The sound was all wrong.

“Take a chill pill he says,” He snorts rubbing at his bloody knuckles before his demented gaze turns into a pointed glare. Baekhyun easily shrugged it off as he tilted his head smiling. He didn’t plan on stopping Junmyeon. He enjoyed watching this piece of scum get ripped to hell and back, but he enjoyed ticking off his leader too. Junmyeon flicked him off turning back to their little prisoner. "

"He did stop when he saw the crimson, he pulled back. He stopped panting, he stopped doing anything. He watched it trickle and pool, watched as it dripped down to the road below him. He felt something slam against his brain, but nobody was there to hit him. He felt it though, it was really there. He could tell the air was gone for him. It had gone away, it had abandoned his lungs like the sick bastard it was…he stared at the blood feeling dizziness and pain swell. He stumbled, fell back. He stared at the curved ceiling, he felt the bitter bite of ice and the cold stillness of his lungs and heart."
