I want to inform everyone that I managed to walk for a 5 hours straight without sitting or taking breaks.

My legs are sore.
My mouth is dry.
I am hungry.
BUT
It was all worth it, I feel like I did something today.
I feel ready for a marathon.

Anyway, what is the longest that you have ever walked or run?​

my legs actually died yesterday when I ran for the train. T-T sadly I don't think ill be able to walk on them for a few days.

I ran 5 miles last year around 50 minutes or so?
