Title pretty much. Say one thing you like about company and one thing you dislike about them. You can just state that one thing or go in debt :)
YG:
Good: Not apologizing for stupid shit. I don't mean any serious stuff here, but stupid scandals and rumors people try to pull off. I like that they are never quick to apologize just to save face of company. And how they respond: "this is idols personal stuff we don't comment on it" for dating scandals.
Bad: still can't keep up with deadlines and have artist release as often as needed. I don't even know if it's bad planning or just laziness. It wouldn't be as big issue if the artist themselves didn't feel stuck in dungeon.
SM
Good: SM station. Honestly it's genious way to now having to commit solo debuts and collabs fully and instead being able to release them without huge investment and expectations to nail it.
Bad: Lawsuits and exclusion. Although this hasn't been as huge of issue with SM at late, it has hurt their fandoms with forcing them to choose sides and being shitty threat towards their current idols to not fall out of line.
JYP
Good: Great relationships between artist. Well there is still barriers between groups and they don't interact all the time, but I feel like there is still appreciation for each other and the current groups seem to be close with their own members. Ofc things can be going on behind the scenes, but so it appears now :)
Bad: solo promotions especially for male idols. I feel like 2PM is only group who has proper solo careers for all members. Most idols just tend to leave JYP and build their solo careers elsewhere.
HYBE
Good: Nailing "upscaling" BTS. Aka not messing it up by shipping them to Japan, having long hiatus or sth else to mess up with their success. They made right calls and mined when it was hot. Many companies should follow the example.
Bad: Not adding value to companies/artist they acquire. Or so it at least seems. It doesn't seem like any companies or artist they have acquired have actually benefitted from HYBE's influence.
