He sounds too whipped from those texts for him to have done that honestly so I think he'll just take the fall for the situation and she'll get away relatively free.

That would already be a mess by itself but I read a Koreaboo article earlier which said she was still doing not only kissing scenes but even bedroom ones while they would have been dating so he might've only found out about it during the drama.
