I absolutely love the Mountain Bluebird

Simple, but gorgeous

Not necessarily for its looks (although all birds are beautiful), I love the the Arctic Tern, which has the longest migration in the animal kingdom

A 44,000 mile round trip, from the Arctic to Antarctica. The Arctic Tern sees more of this planet than most of us ever will, although mostly sticking to coasts. Amazing little bird.

Yeah during a trip last summer. Taking pictures of birds in every new town and city I went to became a thing. XD drove my brother insane calling out, “LOOK A BIRD.”
