Personally,I think liking l real peoples friendships is ok, but not romantically. However, fictional ships do whatever the hell you want. Just don’t fetishise. Especially wlw or mlm ones

with k-pop and musical artists in general, i think it's inappropriate, but no hate towards those who do ship. i think it crosses a line when it leads to explicit fanfiction. as for books, it's harmless. the only time i have an issue with shipping in movies and television is when they also ship the actors. it can make them uncomfortable and damage their relationships with one another.

Shipping is not something I am into and with real people it depends on how much it's being pushed as I know a real life ship where the girl in it had a boyfriend which she broke up with and then the fans of that ship started pushing she broke up with her boyfriend to be with the guy in the ship which was ridiculous and that annoyed her

Fictional characters, animated or acted by real people I find tolerable, there needs to be chemistry tho

The actors themselves or Idols, real people and celebrities in real life a no go unless it's obvious they have sth going on "secretly"

depends for real people, but if they make a conscious decision to sell a cp then it’s fine as long as it doesn’t go into territory where both individuals are uncomfortable with which depends on people, ik some idols who read explicit fanfics of themselves before but obviously not everyone is fine with that (or make the ship their main personality point or whatever)

I like shipping a lot, lot of fanart and fiction around is great and it just adds new layers to characters and story.

In teams of celebrities, I mostly like the "bromance" ships. And sometimes I think that these two would be cute couple. That's about it.

I don't ship; but I have found ships that I like. Those are when there is an apparent real friendship between a boy and a girl, and I just "support" that friendship. It's not however that I want them to be friends, just because they already are.

I don't mind, as long as it doesn't ruin the friendship of the two people. Take Larry Stylinson, for instance. Harry and Louis used to be the very best of friends, but then fans got extremely obsessed with shipping them, and it made both of them so uncomfortable that Louis even muted "Larry Stylinson" and any other word related to it from his Twitter feed. That's where I draw the line.
