she is clearly the most profitable at the moment .. i barely hear about Suzy, she still has advertisements and film hits dramas but does that make enough?
Yerin has 2 songs right now on melon top 10 ... what should JYP do with her? the MV was very humble :hmm:.... no physical ???? i mean isn't that wasting her potential?

discuss this Serious matter..

the question is why he didn't push both members of 15& enough. They have the talent and obviously with Yerin's chart success a backing within the public. So it doesn't make sense

Both she and Jimin have been completely underworked since 15&'s last single, and both have wanted more to do. Yerin's been doing indie music and live performance to fill the gaps, and Jimin was doing television and soundtracks, and they've both done the occasional collab with other artists, but they haven't gotten much attention from JYP. To be fair, Twice and Got7 are bringing in the real money so maybe the incentive isn't there. It might be more fair to just let them go at this point, whenever their contracts are up. I feel like legitimately talented soloists are just vanity pieces for these companies, like Lee Hi is for YG. They'd all be much better off the farther they can get away from this idol nonsense.

I agree with all of the above. And just to give an example in support of your last sentence, here's a great "non-idol" performace:
