I’ve always been into the legacy type of gameplays. I love making generations of families and seeing all their personalities play out. Also micromanaging my sims stresses me out so I just let them be until I need to :oliviakek:

I used to play Sims 4, but I don't anymore. Like you said, it's too much stress, but also too time consuming. the first day I played, I ended up playing for like four hours without realizing it.

I'm also a legacy player! I love focusing on families, but I get overwhelmed so easily :pepeslippy: I usually kill off a few sims in the main household every generation

It definitely is time consuming. That's why it took me awhile to find a comfortable way to play it. It takes up so much time for me as well

It gets so overwhelmingly taking care of infants and toddlers at the same time. I don't have the heart to get rid of them since I get attached :jisoosmh:

I've tried Legacy, but I get sad whenever a child grows up and leaves the house. I only get 2 generations in and then I stop. I usually resort to the following:

Tiny House Community - I converted Willow Creek into that, fitting 2-3 houses on each lot. It was fun creating all the different Sims and storylines. Although playing on one lot was funny. Sim A from House 1 would take out food from their own fridge, then try to use House 2 to chop the ingredients. But I put locks on all the houses so everyone stayed in their own house. Which didn't work, since Sim A wouldn't go back to their own house and use their own counter space to make food. So I have random cutting boards left in the grass that I find later.

Big Brother No Eliminations - Make a huge house in Del Sol and fit at least 20 Sims in it. Despite me maxing out their Cooking and Handiness skill levels, they stuck to snacks from the fridge and never fixed broken appliances. Also making sure most of them had the Neat trait didn't make them clean up after themselves. And of course things got messy in the romantic department. One day everyone's in love, the next day everyone is crying under the covers because they were in love with a player.

I want to do duplex and triplex communities for women and children. But I've taken an indefinite break from the game.
