I have been doing a series of optimizations the last few hours to alleviate the slow load issues on certain mobile devices, in the following days, you'll find the site performance improving on your device as our cloud image optimization service will optimise all our images which i find to be the main culprit in slowing down the site on phones with limited resources, if its still slow please do reset your browser cache - Refreshyourcache.com - The Guide to Clear your Browser Cache! this is important as we need to know if cache is interfering with our js & image cdn.

Changes made the last few hours.

1) Ads removed for now until we can find a provider who can provide us with a custom solution for our ads, we will continue to rely on donations from staff & users (Thanks for your continued help, especially when i am unemployed at the moment).
2) Added CDN with automatic image optimization.
3) Removed google analytics.
4) Removed spotify now playing widget as it is one of the main issues blocking rendering of the page.
5) Removed loading fonts from google & loading local fonts instead to improve page render.
6) Added async for js files so they do not block the rendering of the page.

Tests on page performance tests.

We hope this will translate into better user experience on your time using the site, i will try to continuously explore new ways to make your time here better. Maybe images will be reduced in size at a future date to improve on our overall experience.

ive had my adblocker off ever since you guys announced that ads were going to be added to the site, I haven't rlly noticed any difference in performance.

It has been quite slow for me even after cache clean so im glad ur working with it : )

Some things that take quite some loading with me; liking posts, after clicking emojis on toolbar, pages with lot of pics.

My system is Nokia 6.1 and Android Oreo.
