If you're putting out your opinion on something that's fine but you shouldn't expect that you live in some sort of vacuum and that no one will ever disagree with you and explain their opinion or side. If it ends up bothering you, could can very easily not answer or say you don't want to discuss it further. For me personally if I see something that I have a different opinion on and consider a bad take I'll respond more often than not, no matter who it is. I don't have some random desire to go after you specifically, why would I? If anything I'd be less likely to respond to opinions I disagree with if I hated you or whatever because that would be more likely to end extremely poorly.
