Sm should build/buy a block of flats for nct (1 Viewer)

If sm plan is to really keep adding members

for them to really be sensible money wise
instead of renting loads different flats/houses

they should just buy one big block of flats

where all the members can live together in one big massive flat complex

it be so cute also

as dreamies have to line with a adult
im assuming there be 1 flat for staff
1 for security
rest all of nct xD

i think 127 is already in a house
[this is including wayv as they are now visting korea] [so saves flat expensiveness]

and im including all the rookies what planned to go in nct for right now as it just be normal flats owned by sm for rookies and random non nct groups
i.e if lay visted korea he could have one right now kinda thing

Why... would Lay... stay in an NCT flat... when EXO have a whole dorm... + he can just stay at a hotel if he wants to...

I feel like flats for the whole of SM idols might be interesting.
For the trainees I feel like they might already have some kind of a system.

Most of 'em start moving out a ew years ater becoming successful. EXO's dorms apparently aren't that full when they aren't promoting, but some members move back in durng promotion times (allegedly, dunno for sure)
SuJu all have their own homes.

I think that's exactly why it is not worth it that much, the older idols don't want to live in a dorm/with the other idols, they wanna have their own life too!
