BLACKPINK to release Japanese version of their 2nd mini album 'Kill This Love'

BLACKPINK will be returning in Japan with the Japanese version of their 2nd mini album, 'Kill This Love'!

Set for physical release in stores this September 11, 'Kill This Love -JP Ver-' will contain a total of 10 tracks including full Japanese and Korean versions of "Kill This Love", "Don't Know What To Do", "Kick It", "Hope Not", and "DDU-DU DDU-DU (Remix)". The mini album will be available in the following versions - first press limited edition A, first press limited edition B, a regular version, and the members' solo versions - for a total of 7 unique versions.

As a result of their recent contract with Universal Music's Interscope Records in the U.S back in October, BLACKPINK will be promoting with Interscope for their future Japanese promotions from now on.

Blackpink hates they amount of songs that they have and they're so embarrassed about all the time. Being forgotten is an actual fear that haunts the girls and management does absolutely nothing to help that.

These girls work so hard and earned so many achievements for YG to use to brag to investors and for what?

Blackpink are pretty much the definition of cash cow. They’re almost a three year group, and their success is no doubt huge, but have almost nothing compared to the other 2016 groups around them. I feel bad for them, YG treats them more like his Barbie dolls.

I think they just got so lazy after they realized that they don't actually need to make any new songs to make money.Tthey can sell albums and have sold out tours with japanese versions of korean songs so why bother.. And it's such a shame cause Big Bang has amazing original japanese songs, they rank high in my list of fav BB songs. It's kinda customers fault too, like as long as your satisfied and buying japanese albums that are just remakes then there is no need for YG to even try.

Yep. Somehow I missed "D4", "Hope Not" and "Really". I have corrected the list now. o-o GWSN, WJSN and Gu9udan still has more songs than Blackpink.

Their original Japanese mini album had a repackage but then they released a full album as well which had the previous songs and the ones from Square Up so basically managed to repackage a repackage.

Physicals sales from Kill This Love are very close to Square Ups and being off the back of Ddu-du Ddu-du it doesn't seem like YG really took advantage of its popularity and it's almost like Ddu-du Ddu-du never happened.

Honestly, all blinks should be boycotting but they've spent so long afraid of hurting the girls or getting them sent to the dungeon. It's impossible to mobilize them. YGE is trying to put out yet another concert DVD and blinks refuse to boycott
