1. I listen to music
2. I imagine smth like a necklace or so swinging in my mind and try to make it stay still
3. I try to think about a beautiful place, getting into more details as time goes on

Already tried that but I'll try it again

Something that really helped me sleep last night was Lana del rey. Listen to her and see if it works.
I fell asleep for two hours after listening to one of her songs yesterday for example.

uh happens with me a lot its hard to go to bed in time after summer

tho the way I hate myself after sleeping only 3-4 hours

as for advice: try to read something, it always makes me sleepy.
