Hopefully I can express this in a positive way. This is in response to some of the comments from:

It's no secret, I'm a big guy. I say I'm ugly, have man boobs and am balding. I'm even missing one of my front teeth. I guess you know what I want for Christmas.
I've said before that I've given up which I mean more as a joke. I've accepted those things about myself. I've also accepted that only I have the ability to change them. When I say I'm ugly, balding, etc I'm not putting myself down, don't feel as if I'm less than anyone else. I ate a lot of junk today, I don't particularly feel bad about it. I enjoyed life today. Except mowing the lawn.... that kinda sucked. I was in shape enough at one point about 10ish years ago that I ran a marathon. It was amazing! I weighted like 170ish lbs and felt amazing. Years before that I was over 250lbs and literally felt like I was dieing. I promised myself I'd never feel that way again and haven't. I'm in the 220 range. What I had to do to get to the point where I could run that marathon was not realistic for how my life currently is but I am working on getting in better shape. The important thing is I am doing this for no one other than to feel better about myself. Today I ate a bunch of junk and thats ok because most days I don't eat so poorly. So to bring this message back home. It's ok to not be the k-pop perfect we all love and see so often. It's ok to be a big guy or big girl. It's ok to be skinny, tiny, short, tall, petite, etc. You can quote me: "Perfection is a fools image of themself" Perfection does not exist in this world. I used to beat myself up for being over weight, not looking "good" etc but I came to the realization that my looks weren't why I was unhappy. My unhappiness came from trying to be something that I don't actually want to be. I've recently decided to make some changes in my life. A lot of them because of the positive influence of you guys. I'm trying to pay more attention to how I choose to look. I don't want to be the sloppy jeans and t-shirt guy only. I'm trying to be the "nice" jeans and T-shirt guy. I recognize that dressing nice makes you feel better about yourself. So I think my point is, if your going to log your food, diet, etc. Make sure the reason you do it is for yourself! Make sure you don't do it with the attitude that your going to beat yourself up when you fail or fall behind. Don't do it for anyone but YOURSELF! One of my favorite You Tubers always ends his video's with "I love you Beautiful people" and you can tell he truly means it. If some guy can call you beautiful and not even know you doesn't that mean something is beautiful about each and every one of us?
I love you Beautiful people and I truly mean it!
So I started logging my food o.o - K-Pop Source — Keeping the K-Pop Forum Spirit Alive
...using Noom. It basically helps you understand food and it's calories. And it trains your mind in a positive way to eat healthier and make smarter food choices. Like 10 grapes and 10 raisins have the same amount of calories but 10 grapes are more filling thus 10 grapes would be the smarter...
