my understanding of watching various groups play is that you start with the chant
" I am Ground (something something something)" then you "attack" by stating the person you are attacking plus a number (1-4) if the game is 4 beats or (1-8) if the game is 8 beats

then that person has to say their name (nickname) that many times but according to the beat

so if I said moguri 3 then you have to say moguri moguri moguri according to the beat then "attack" someone else

ahhh yes such games involve trying to trip up your opponent...

no you choose it at the beginning of the game but once it's chosen it sticks since if the attacked makes a mistake in the name they are out as well
