A lot of times they aren’t ofc but sometimes they are Such as the following: “America calls it independence, Great Britain calls it tax evasion” (in reference to the revolutionary war). Ofc it’s not that simple but it’s not entirely wrong either, taxes were a big factor in the start of the war.
