sometimes when I'm sitting doing nothing, ori m bored, I do some weird things like idk why buy for some reason I like the sound of my nails touching hard surfaces like when u let each finger drop one after another(pls tell me sm1 understands what I'm talking ab). Ik it annoys people but I do it unconsciously so idk how to help them w that, but I also scream out of nowhere, it could be once or multiple times, I'm trying to break the habit but so far ts isn't working I just screamed loud as ever and I just know someone thinks im crazy, or in trouble </3 but idk how to stop screaming likeI was at this therapy place or wtv for a few hours and I probably screamed every 30 min to a hour. Like I know they wanted me out but yea yk I just cant stop screaming and tapping my fingers.

Ik I try to stop it bc it drives ppl crazy but idk how so sorry to the people I’ve annoyed by like screaming ig I just get a feeling and all of a sudden I have to scream 🥹🥹💔💔💔

I get the fingers thing! I do it sometimes and the sound is nice but it can be quite loud and disturbing to others is the screaming thing just like a habit and impulsive? like a bad habit you can't stop or is it that you can't control if it happens or not?

I thought adhd or impulsive adhd since I have it but unless you have more symptoms, I don't think so.

It's alright, you're trying and hopefully you will have better control over these things soon

I feel like sometimes I Know before I do it but sometimes, I cant control it I'll scream or yell nad my mom or someone will tell me to stop and then I'll do it again 1-5 minutes later, but sometimes I get this feeling idk its kind of ike butterflies in my stomach or similar to that, and then I'll scream so sometimes I can tell beforehand when I'm abt to annoy ppl </3 I try my best to limit it in public mostly it just depends on the type of day I'm having if I'm bored, or have no distractions its worse

yes I currently do like working from home I could say, and the amount of times I get on here when I'm not supposed to is insane, I don't even do the work anymore but it times me so every few minutes I open the website and come straight back on here, then I have to come home later and do it for real

I have been better at doing my work quicker tbh. like homework, I wanna get it over with, thought it takes me a while since I forgot lots of things already like division it's embarrassing but I just can't hold that information

I have adhd and so I have working memory issues, holding info to do a task with it is a lot harder for me, I can't do mental multiplication, addition or substraction that need several steps because I can't hold one piece of info for long while handling another
