Party O Clock and Roller Coaster by NMIXX are such cute chill summer songs but have been ruined for me due to the fact that they happened to come out when I was in a much worse mental state
Anything from late fall 2023 is hard to listen to because my horrid ex ruined the months of September and October for me for reasons I don't wanna talk about rn
Late 2024 releases also hurt to listen to occasionally because it pulls me back and reminds me of the time I was going through a really long mental episode that lasted months up to the early months of 2025
Bite me by Enhyphen came out the month when my folks nearly lost me 4+ times in the same week
This whole list could just be everything from kpop's spring 2023 season tbf
But what about you guys?

There's none now but for a long time I couldn't listen to anything Astro

There was also a time when I got super emotional listening to Monsta X's Follow-Find You album. It's kinda silly to think about now but I had no clue back then that all would work out in the end ^^;

I cannot listen to Astro anymore bc all I'd be able to think about was how Moonbin's life ended way too soon and all the cops did was write it off as a suicide and close the case. But what hurts the most is that he was the center of the group, so I knew they literally couldn't go on without him. And on top of that, he was my bias wrecker.
