so this person who i now used to be friends with, let’s call her J. so J got into a fight with my other friend, let’s call her M. So M and J got into a fight because J liked this guy and M was friends with him. One day M’a hand accidentally brushed on this guys hand so J got really pissed and starting calling M a whore and a betrayer. But this is in the past. now what happened is, J got mad at M again and we tried to have them talk it out because it was over something dumb but J didn’t understand and is now telling people that we’re mean and that we bullied her or whatever when we did nothing like that. J stopped hanging out with us and is trying to make new friends. she’s still on good terms with me though since i’m not the one she’s mad at but i still don’t really like her for the things she’s done but i try to stay neutral. anyways i was sitting with my friends let’s call them A and C so J just came over to use and started making fun of A’s name and offering her drugs. and now she’s sitting with her on the bus and i’m scared she’s gonna do the same thing with A and she’s literally my best friend and i don’t want J to hurt A. i don’t know if i should earn A and tell her about the things J does?

The good thing about warning A, they weren't friends before so I don't see it as an issue in this sense. You could potentially prevent J from going off on A for some different reason if this is repeat behavior from J.

The bad thing, this wouldn't be remaining neutral.

The roundabout way would be to have M casually relay what happened.
